corporate businesses, private parties and large functions.
Prepare accounts, order food, budget and supervise staff at a
high level.
Chalet Supervisor, Val D’Isere, France
Managed 11 chalets and 14 staff. Ensured a high
standard of meals, balanced budgets and accounts,
liaised with suppliers and chalet owners, took overall
responbility for the running of the chalets, recruited and
trained new staff within the resort.
Discrete Catering, Head Chef/Event Organizer
Improved efficiency of company by organising events and
running the kitchen at functions up to 300 guests. Planned,
produced and plated three course meals and a variety of hot
and cold buffets.
